Preschool - ½ day PM- 1:00-3:30
Grade K through 5- 9:00-3:30
Arrival and Dismissal Procedure
***We encourage using the school bus transportation system. ***

Bus Times: These times will be made available on the Coventry District Website closer to the start of school. All students who live in Washington Oak are eligible for a bus (this will make your life so much easier!)
Drop off time is from 8:45-9:00 AM. PLEASE DO NOT drop off your child prior to 8:45. After 9:00 AM you will need to park and come to the front office to sign in your child.
Morning Drop Off “Valet” Service (All Students)
If you plan to drop off your child, please use our “valet” service. There will be an adult at the side circle within the parking lot to welcome the children and watch for their safety while entering the building. Please pull up to the cones and only unload between the cones when an adult approaches you.
Afternoon Pick Up (All Students)
Parent Pick-Ups are at 3:30. If your child is a parent pick-up, please wait outside by the gym door by 3:30. At this time, we will open the doors and have you sign out your child. It is imperative that you bring identification.
If you plan to pick up your child, PLEASE send in a note to your child’s teacher. The only people allowed to pick up your child are those who are on the “Emergency Consent to Release” form. You can update this on the Aspen Parent Portal at any time.
